Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Warrent Question
This question is for the whole U.S. My fiance was arrested a few months ago and he had 3 warrents for his arrest( one from Maryland, the Army, and Utah) At the time of the arrest all of the warrents had holds. Then Maryland and the Army dropped their holds. Now that they had the chance to come get him, but did not, can the warrents still be there or can they press the issue anymore? Or could they still get him after Utah is done with him? Thanks.
Sincerly,

Re: Warrent Question
they can get him until the statute of limitatons of runs, thet just can't hold him in custody on the warrant if they don't extradite him
