Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
How is the weight of hydrocodone 7.5mg - 500mg calculated when it comes to trafficking of a controlled subatance in FL. Is it by the phsyical weight or the mg of both added together then multiplied by the amount sold?

The weight is calculated by the total weight of the pills, including the mixture. So 8 pills of 500 mg pills would be 4g, or a trafficking amount, even though there are only 60 mg total of actual hydrocodone.
