Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Wife has deleted my personal e-mails that were tracking/documentation information in regards to our separation and soon to be divorce. What are the reprecussion?

If they were important emails, hopefully you have them backed up. There are no repercussions other than you perhaps having lost some emails.
