Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My wife, who is in India, has a stalker who was arrested for making threats on her life. I am applying for her immigrant visa to the US and we need proof that he has threatened her. She has gone to court several times for his case, but all she has for documents are 2 pieces of paper in bad handwriting from the police. Can she obtain any other proofs of the trial from the court or the police?

I'm afraid there's nothing an attorney in America can do. Unfortunately, you or her, or someone you trust will have to do whatever India requires to get documentation.
