Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My wife has a permanent restraining order against the father of her child and he's only suppose to call her in regards to when the child is to be picked up or dropped off on his visitation weekends. Recently when he calls her he proceeds to scream and say awful things to her. He has a long history of violence. Is he in violation of his restraining order?
