Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My wife and I are separated and I am trying to get the divorce accomplished. She keeps using my personal account to get things paid. She has scheduled mortgage payments using my personal checking account and then I bounce other scheduled payments because there is not enough money in the account. Is there anything that can be done?

File a motion in family court to prevent dissapation of marital assets. But if she's using the money to pay bills on legitimate marital assets, your motion will probably get denied.
Of course, you could always just open a new account with your name only.
