Are wild mushrooms (psilocybin mushrooms) illegal in the state of Florida? What is the statute for this particular controlled substance? Under chapter 893.033 of the Florida Statutes, Drug abuse prevention and control; psilocybin is not listed. Does this mean it is not considered a controlled substance?
