Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Will an exponged misaminor from when I was a minor show up on an FBI check? I was finger printed but there was no mugshot taken, it was settled in teen court and expunged after I did some community service. Do I have to answer yes if I am specificly asked if I've had anything expunged on a job application for a public school system?

Juvenile records should not show up anywhere (but sometimes do). Since you got it expunged, then by law, you can legally deny having this on your record.
