What will a judge do if i tell him that my arresting officer did not read me my miranda rights?

He'll say "So." Reading your Miranda rights is not always a requirement. And telling the judge anything that is a defense for you is a waste of time. It is not the judge's job to defend you. You need an attorney for that.
