what will a likely sentence be
my friend was arrested on 6 counts of a 3rd degree felony.(intro of contraband into detention facility). what do you think the likely sentence will be if there is one at all? how likely is a plea deal?

A plea deal is likely, but guessing what it will be is impossible. He needs a lawyer right away.
