Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
please help!
Is winning a case the same as no action and whats the difference, it is a trespassing charge and to continue what i am doing with the navy and have a chance to become a cop i need it to know the difference....

A no action means that the state decided not even to prosecute the charge. Therefore, the only record you will have is an arrest record which you can expunge. By "winning a case" that means that the state prosecutor chose to file charges against you and you or your attorney got the case dismissed or won at trial.
