Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Withdrawal of Deferred prosecution after completion...

3 years ago there was an incident for at my house and I was charged with Domestic Battery even though no assault or battery occurred. I was going through alot, so when the courts offered me Deferred prosecution for the charge I accepted it without fulling reading what I was signing. Now that deferred prosecution is keeping me out of the Navy. Can I withdraw my Deferred prosecution and take the charge to trial even though I completed my program and everything was dropped? The Armed Forces still see it as an admission of Guilt...though I didn't do it, and can prove it in court...
