Withdrawing criminal plea
How long does a person have to withdraw a plea for criminal charges in Florida? How does one do this?

Theoretically, a person can file a motion to withdraw their plea at any time, but the sooner the motion is filed, the more likely it will be granted, if it will be granted at all. The longer a person waits, the more suspicious the motion looks.
