Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Withheld adjudication
I was arrested 6 1/2 years ago for a felony I recieved withheld adjudication.I was told I had to wait 7 years to have my record exponged.Recently I was arrested for a misdemenor again I recieved withheld adjudication. These two incidents are the only record I have. Can I get them exponged? If so do I have to wait on the Misdemenor?

Re: Withheld adjudication
You do not have to wait any specified time period in order to have your arrest/court record sealed or expunged. Do the felony sealing NOW before you have that misdemenor on your record too.
