withheld judification

My son is on probation in FL, they withheld judification. What does that mean? What happens to his crimal record when he has finished his probation? Does he have to tell an future employer about these charges? Can these charges be esponged from his records?

I have no idea what "withheld judification" means. Sounds like someone used an incorrect term. His criminal record should remain the same. He doesn't have to tell his employer unless asked. I can't tell you about having it expunged, since I know nothing about the specific
