Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
A woman sold me a fake product I ordered used underwear online and she sent me the underwear but it has a food substance on it instead 1.what can I do about this? 2.Can I legally go to the police and have her arrested? 3.can I report her to the postal office for sending me underwear with food product on it? She did give me back my money. Thanks Note: the underwear were sold for fetish reasons. Sorry if that was to much info.

You could go to the police but they're probably going to tell you that this is a civil matter. You should contact the civil attorney to get a remedy.
