Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

A women was arrested for criminal mischief, burglery of a dwelling and theft of utilities. She was on pre trial supervision but broke that supervision and now has pre trial detention. Can breaking supervsion give a person worst results b/c of her breaking supervision

Not usually, but it depends on the reason for breaking Pretrial supervision. Certainly a new charge isn't going to help, but even a positive drug test for example won't help either. She should talk to her attorney.
