Hello
i was wondering what the age of consent in florida is? i have heard that age of consent in florida is 16 which means a 16 year old can date a person below 23 years old.
i was wondering if that is true or not?
can a 16 year old date a 20-21 year old legaly?

It's not a dating question, it's an intercourse question. A person under 24 can legally have consensual intercourse with a person 16 or 17, but not younger. If the person is 24 or over, the other person must be 18 or over.
