Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i am wondering what these charges would carry... i know that its totally up to a judge but my cousin was arrested on these charges and it is her first time in trouble with the law can you give me an idea of what the charges hold???
Felony - Second Degree 1 STOLEN PROP-DEAL IN
Felony - Third Degree 2 LARC - THEFT IS 300 OR MORE BUT LESS THAN 5000 DOLS
Felony - Third Degree 3 FALSE OWNER INFO PAWN ITEMS LESS THAN 300 DOLS
