Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was wondering if there is a way to have a criminal background erased or sealed? Also, is there a way to take away the convicted felon status?

There are a number of factors that must be reviewed to determine whether someone qualifies to petition the court to seal or expunge a record. One of the primary disqualifiers is if you've previously been convicted of an offense. From the tone of your e-mail, it appears that you have a felony conviction. If you are a convicted felony, you will not qualify to have your record sealed or expunged.
