Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hello,
I was wondering if there is any way to expunge a (class d) felony 14 years old and multilple misdemeanors in Kentucky. I live in florida now and have since turned my life around. Havent had any offenses in 6 years. I just got fired from my minimum wage job due to my record, unemployment is crazy down here and i cant get a job if my life depended on it! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Once you are convicted of ANY charge, felony or misdemeanor, then under Florida law you can not get anything sealed or expunged. Kentucky might have a way to get the misdemeanors taken care of, but you need to contact an attorney in Kentucky.
