Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hello, I was wondering, if filed a motion for discovery and brady demand and have no response from opposing side and then filed a motion to continue, it is to my understanding they have 75 days until motion to compel can be filed. Is this true and also is there any other motions or things can do to make the process faster of having the charge filed acquitted?
