Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

At work, there was a incedant that happen, that i admitted to, that i did wrong, that threw a set of key on a chair and said a curse word around a lady, she wrote me up but said somethings in her report that were total lies about what happen, i wrote a letter an another co-worker wrote one too about what happen, now she is black an i am white, the next day, i was met with me supervisors an was ordered to say i was sorry, in which i already plan on it, but also i was told there was going to be a meeting of everyone, all supervisors from both shifts, 8 in all, that i could do it then.

My statement an a co-workers statement did not match her, she told abunch of stuff that did not happen. I eas ordered to sit there an let her complaint to me or i would be writen up an maybe fired, as i sat in that room with 9 people, 4 of which were black, 3 of them were supervisors, they all went at me, cursing me, putting me down, calling me a lier, so on and i was not aloud to defend myself in shape or form, i felt so humiliated, degraded, hurt, so on, that i cryed on the way home, i am 48 years all, an spent time in the marines, i have ptsd, but i have never had to be made to let 3 people, all black, bitch me out, put me down as a man, call me a lier, cause she didnt tell the truth about the incedent.
