What is a worse charge? Arson or a felony amount of marijuana?

It depends, although arson is generally worse. Both charges carry different degrees. A second degree arson is better than a first degree felony amount of marijuana. An additional issue is whether it is federal or not. If you are facing one or both of these, then you need to talk to an attorney right away.
