Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I have never done anything wrong while on probation for 6 years (of a 10 year probationary time) and recently went on a cruise without consent from the judge. I received the gift a couple of weeks before the trip left from my parents and decided to go in lew of telling my parents I was on probation. I know I shouldn't have gone as it was a violation but instead of my parents losing out on the non-refundable cruise and my telling them I was on probation. I have a notice to appear in front of my judge in 2 weeks. My question is this: what can I expect? am I going to jail? should I surrender my passport in good faith before they ask for it? I'm a little afraid of what to expect and I don't have a lawyer... can I get a public defender? what are my options?

It sounds like you have been well-behaved. I would get defintely get an attorney. Worse case scenario they charge you with the crime that put you on probation in the first place. "In your corner."
