wrongfull death
if someone runs a stop sign and causes an accident that causes a death what would the charges be

Just because someone died as a result of an accident or someone elses negligence, does not mean a crime necessarily ocurred.
If the person was not drunk or driving recklessly (as opposed to carelessly) the person likely didn't commit a crime.
