Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hello, I was wrongfully charged with 3rd degree felony by the state of Florida so that I could not sue them for things they did. I am currently residing in a country overseas but has a extradition treaty with the U.S., will Florida extradite me from another country for this ? I have a Wife and 28 Year old daughter all of witch are quite concerned and scared of being subject to Florida's corruption

Yes it is possible for you to be extradited. My strong suggestion is that you contact an attorney in Florida and they may be able to start the process and possibly even avoid extradition.
