Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Okay a year ago my brother in laws ex gf/baby's mother put a ro against me.. She recently contacted me through social media. The ro is covered for her and her son who is my little nephew but due to the ro I can't even see him and holiday and family events I can't be with my family because of it.. I have a brother that is 2 days older than my nephew and I was at the hospital taking my little brother and mother home and she claims I was there stalking her! She ,essayed me asking if I seen her son in person and asking me to keep an eye on her son while he was with his father (my brother in law).. Also stated she's very aware of the ro and she is sorry she did it but felt like she had no choice.... She claimed to not getting me in trouble.. Well now I served her with papers to go back to court in August and she says someone or me made a fake Facebook profile but I have everything screen shorted even where it says she joined in 2009! Also have proof of her saying to someone that she trusts me more than the baby's own father and that she wanted to invite me over for Christmas but she didn't want me to call the cops.. What do I need to do now!!what will the judge say? Should I hire an attorney ? I don't really have the money..also I have a proved home steady and clean background and drug test through dcf I was given custody of my little brother9 he just turned 10 I pick up my baby brother who is now 1 years old every Sunday for the whole day ?

Let me start with your most important question. Yes, you should hire an attorney. Many people go to these hearings without an attorney, and then when they lose, they wish they had gotten one. Your post is evidence that you don't understand how restraining orders work. The fact that she contacted you is ABSOLUTELY NOT a reason for you to get an injunction or even get the injunction against you modified. Now there may be other reasons that an attorney can explore with you that may allow you to accomplish your goal. In other words, get an attorney.
