I have a nine year old grand theft felony on my record. Can I get this expunged?

If you got a withhold on the grand theft charge and you have NEVER been convicted of ANYTHING else criminal, then you are eligible to get the charge sealed but not expunged. There is a section on my website below that talks about your eligiblity to get a charge sealed or expunged.
