Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Six years ago my friend made a stupid mistake. He went in to a massage parlour late at night, where there was girls dressed in skimpy clothes. During the massage he asked if he could turn over and the masseuse agreed. Then he asked if she would fondle him and again she agreed and started. But then he requested sex and she said no, it wasn't allowed. He asked for sex back at his place, but she quoted a very high price so my friend got up (naked) and went to get changed and left. Today my friend is regretful over this stupid act and worried that one day he might be charged - perhaps with indecent exposure or indecent assault. What do you think?

I think your friend should quit asking to participate in criminal acts. That said, the statute of limitations on crime of this nature should have expired.
