Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
For two years the State of Florida tried to prosecute me for Aggravated Stalking against my ex-wife after a Violation of Injunction ordeal, none of which was found or criminal in nature. During the two years, I was proclaimed Incompetent to Proceed. I requested an in-court examination. They refused and sent me to Chattahoochee State Hospital twice. A new judge was assigned and he finally did an in-court exam finding me competent to proceed based on simple five questions (four years later). During the two years I stated in court that my constitutional rights were being violated as the Public Defender stood next to me asking the Court to pronouce an order against me to undergo an examination by a doctor. I refused and disobeyed the order and never cooperated with the examinations (multiple). They drugged me for two years... To this day I am considered mentally ill. I have written copies of all details. I need help.
