Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
hi. yesterday someone came to my house for a bit. but before they left, they stole my little brother's 16gb ipod touch 4th gen which goes for atleast $200. they are obviously denying that they stole it, even though they were the only people to come to my house that day. i have about 2 eye witnesses that place them on my property . what kind of legal action can i take against them?

Contact the police. This is a theft and they can do an investigation for you.
