Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

yesterday my van was repoed from my driveway in it were 3 guns and tools, can i have the repo man arrested for theft ??

You are entitled to your personal belongings. You should contact them about getting those items back. If they refuse, then yes they can be prosecuted for theft.
