Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I know a young man who had an issue with drugs & picked up 3 felonies on his record.
He has completed all his probationary obligations & the cases have been closed with adjudication withheld in all 3 cases.
It is my understanding of state law that this young man can in fact vote & has the right to purchase & otherwise posses a firearm.
Could I get some confirmation of this?

He can not possess a firearm under federal law. However, he should be able to vote (assuming he has not been convicted of any felony).
