Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

I am 14 and my boyfriend is 18. is it illegal to just date? we have had sex and a few of his friends know. if one of his friends decides to tell one of the cops at our highschool then would it hold up in court? who would have to accuse him for it to be legitimate? and sorry i couldnt find a catagory this would fall under

Your "boyfriend" is committing a crime and can be arrested and can go to jail. I don't care if you are in love or not and neither does the law. An adult (and he is an adult) may not have sex with a minor. Stop. Stop now. Wait 4 years. If he really loves you, he will stop now as well. I doubt that he will be willing to do so, but that will tell you whether he loves you or not.
