My co-worker wears a patch that says NAACP. Is that discriminatory?

Re: Discrimination
How would that be discriminatory? Does it somehow constitute a race-based slur? Does it preclude any other employee from receiving a promotion, doing their jobs, or causing other employees to be fired? Does it cause hostility in the workplace? Does it cause certain employees to be favored or disfavored based on race?
Seriously, do a little research on discrimination before you waste anyone else's time with this.
