Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

I was removed from my position of two years because my boss says he does not want a woman doing the job ,I have not made any mistakes ,and he said I did a great job he just doesnt want a woman doing the job .My question is is this considered discrimination and if so what can I do about it.
