Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

Drugs

I am 17 an last night I had a headache and my friend's babys mom gave me a pill and told me it would help. An today she said she is going to call the cops and said I stole it from her. So can I go to jail for that cause she is 28 and she gave it to me so she would right?

You could both go to jail for it unless the police believe her (that you stole it). I seriously doubt the police will make any arrests on this one.

You are not going to jail for taking something that she gave you. If it was a prescription drug, she could get in trouble for dispensing such medication. If you stoile the drug from her, you can get in trouble. It is not likely that the police will bother with this without proof one way or the other.
