Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

I was fired recently with the excuse that things were slow. I was kept at home for 2 weeks before I was told I was fired. Come to find out that everyone else in the company was working and I was not. Also the last driver to be hired was given my trk and moved up in rank from tow trk driver to semi trk driver. My ex boss lied to me and has put my whole family in stress becuase I have no income and we might loose our house becuase it is in foreclosure and we are curently in a forbirrence plan. What can I do, can I sue him and his company

No you can't sue him. Florida is an "at will" state which means they can fire anyone for any reason unless it is race, age, religion. You are entitled to unemployment compensation.
