Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida
We are hispanic. My daughter attends a college in Florida. Part of her curriculum requires her to work in their zoo. My daughter was told by her supervisors/instructors that she was not allowed to speak spanish while at work. Is this legal?

This is an English speaking country, and it is rude to speak in a language no one else around you may understand. If she's on her cel phone or lunch break she can speak whatever she wants, but at work she needs to speak in english.
