My daughter signed a school loan contract ($1200.002 yrs ago) at the age of 17. The School loan department in FL. (OSI Financial?) handed her the above amount in cash, is this a leagal binding contract tha a minor can sign and be liable for without a parents concent and co-signiture?

In Florida, a minor (under age 18) cannot enter into a legally binding contract.
