Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

if a minor was emancipated by marriage at 16 and is now getting divorced and just turning 17 but has no way of income, will that minor lose emancipation??........in the state of florida and if not may he/she move where he/she wants to??

I doubt that you lose emancipation. If not, yo may move wherever you wish; however, unless there is a problem, back home would be a good option.
