Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida
I am a non-smoker
employees @ my job get extra time during the day to smoke. when I go outside and don't smoke they say i can't take a break unless I am smoking isn't this discrimination

Yes it is discremination of equal work for equal pay. you have to challenge their rules meant for smoking hours.
