Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

I go to a private university and they want to charge our entire building for damages to a ping pong table and some apple that were smashed in the hallway. I do not want to pay these damages because I did not cause them. I have never been in the room where the ping pong table was and the apples were not on floor (ours side specifically). Can I sue the school for discrimination or something.

You need to get an attorney to represent all of the students. It sounds as if you are attending a fascist university not a liberal arts university.
