Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

if i was pulled over by the police illegally and the first question he asks is a racial question about my kids and does not tell me what he is pulling me over for and i get arrested for 3 weeks and i beat the charges can i file a lawsuit of any kind for pain and suffering?
