Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

Hello I have a question. About a possible discrimination, I was recently. Suspended for a security. Violation at my job in which I locked keys in the officer's. Station received a five day suspension. Not long after my incident another officer. Locked keys in her officer station, incident. Report was written but know suspension. Was given I have several. Concerns on this issue please help me in the right direction.

Were you treated differently due to your gender or race or religion or that fact taht you have a workers compensation injury? If yes, then you may be able to complaint of discrimination. FIle a complaint with Human Resources and if that does not work, then go to the EEOC or an employment law attorney.
