Can I press charges on someone or file a report on threating to kill me?

Yes, the charge would be assault or aggravated assault, depending on the circumstances.

Sure -- but if it was what you believed to be a legitimate threat, it is hard to understand why you would post a question to an internet site as opposed to calling the police when you were trhreatened.
