Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

Say, I am turning 15 and within the next month my boyfriend turns 18, would us being together be legal if we were dating some time prior to him turning 18?

No. You cannot start having sexual relations with your 18 year old boyfriend. Find someone your own age or wait three years.

It is a crime in Florida for an 18 year old to have any sort of sexual contact with a person under the age of 16. See Florida Statutes Chapter 800.04 (lewd or lascivious offenses committed upon or in the presence of a person less than 16 years of age) and 794.05 (unlawful sexual activity with certain minors). Florida Statutes are available at www.leg.state.fl.us.
