Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

I am being harassed at work - I recently was in the hospital and I had major surgery and am currently on FMLA working half days -- My new supervisor has been on my back since Ireturned -- I have a bag on my side and need another surgery -- Today he made a threat to give me a written reprimand for something that was not my fault. This came after I told him I did ot like his first email. I have never had a problem before now all of a sudden everything is wrong I have never been given a verbal I am now suffering emotional stress -- I am a disabled hispanic Veteran that served during the first Gulf War -- do have any rights
