1995 dui laws
can the court hold dui convictions from another state against you that is over 20 yrs.

well, if the dui is from 1995 as your title says that would only make it 13 years. regardless a dui will remain on your driving record for 75 years. if the you have picked up another dui arrest, the charge will be for a second outside of ten years, which heightens the penalties but not as significantly as if the two incidences were closer in time.
